The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords+/Four Swords is an officially-licensed manga written and drawn by Akira Himekawa based on The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords+/Four Swords Adventures. The manga was orignally serialized in Shougakukan's children's magazine, Fifth Grader, from April 2004 to March 2005. The manga was later collected into two tankoubon volumes and published under the Ladybug Comics Special imprint of Shougakukan.
The manga is officially translated into English by Viz Media. An unofficial English fan translation provided by Zelda Legends can be found online. Let me know if you want a link to my backup of this fan translation.
The manga follows a storyline similar to the game, albeit condensed and with some changes. The main difference between the game and the manga is the personalities of the Links. Unlike the game, where each Link has the same personality, the manga assigns a unique personality to each Link:
Another major change is that Shadow Link has become a more important character. There is only one Shadow Link in the manga, though if he is killed, he can regenerate. He tries to recruit Vio to the dark side and ultimately ends up betraying Vaati and Ganon, both of which are major deviations from the game's story.
The manga was commissioned by Nintendo to advertise Four Swords Adventures and is not considered canon.

You may notice that the manga is called The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords+ in Japanese and The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures in British English and other languages. However, the official American English translation calls the manga The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords. The English-speaking fandom largely chooses to call the manga "Four Swords". I call the manga "Four Swords" in English but list Four Swords+ on this site as well for clarity. This naming difference is an error on Viz Media's part, as the manga is based on The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures, not The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords.

The Viz Kids edition of the standard manga ran from 2009 to 2013.
On July 17, 2013, Perfect Square was created to replace Viz Kids. The Perfect Square edition of the standard manga ran from 2013 to 2018.
In late 2018, the Perfect Square imprint was retired in favor of publishing all manga under Viz Media itself. For this reason, the Legendary Edition was never published under Viz Kids or Perfect Square.
The current edition of the standard manga, which has no imprint logo, has been running since 2019.
The dialogue of the three editions of the standard manga are identical. The Legendary Edition, however, has some edits to dialogue to make it more accurate to the Japanese version.
The softcover version of the Legendary Edition is available for general retail purchase, while the hardcover version is only available in the special box set of all The Legend of Zelda manga Legendary Editions.
